On Thursday, March 20, former Watson Chapel High School standout Khamani Cooper’s current collegiate team the Omaha Mavericks lost 83-53 against the St. John's Red Storm in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Amica Mutual Pavilion, this was the first game against the St. John's Red Storm during the championship.

Khamani Cooper’s hometown is Pine Bluff and game position is guard.
