University of Arkansas Monticello issued the following announcement on Mar. 15.

Arkansas-Monticello fell in Monday afternoon’s game to close out their Great American Conference series with Arkansas Tech University. The Blossoms lost the match, 6-1 and lose the series 2-1.

The Golden Suns put up six runs throughout the game. Dishing out out a run in the first, another in the fifth, and four in the sixth.

The Blossoms only scored one run on the day. Haley Cornell being responsible with a roped home run down the left field line.
