STUTTGART CHAMBER OF COMMERCE: Rid Litter Day to be held April 26

0Comments

Stuttgart Chamber of Commerce recently issued the following announcement.

Your business is invited to help keep Stuttgart beautiful! The Stuttgart Chamber of Commerce is partnering with Keep America Beautiful’s Great American Cleanup and Keep Arkansas Beautiful which helps Arkansans plug into local programs and take responsibility for maintaining the state’s scenic beauty, environmental health and quality of life. With your help, we can make a big impact on civic pride, livability and economic growth – creating communities where people want to work, live and play.

Keep America Beautiful’s Great American Cleanup takes place each spring from March through May and is the nation’s largest community improvement effort. Thousands of Arkansas volunteers clean up and beautify their communities before the tourism and vacation seasons begin.

Here in Stuttgart, the Chamber is seeking volunteers for our Great American Cleanup activities on Tuesday, April 26th. Rid Litter Day is from 3:00-5:00pm but you are encouraged to participate at any time of day that works best for you.

To register your group in this year’s Great American Cleanup in Arkansas, call the Stuttgart Chamber of Commerce at 870-673-1602. We hope you’ll join us in making Stuttgart clean and beautiful this spring!

**Limited supplies will be provided!
