Today is the Solemnity of the Twenty-Eighth Sunday in Ordinary Time
A warm welcome is extended to all visitors and new parishioners who are here today.
Father Stephen will be at clergy continuing education from October 18th until October 20th. He will then be out of town to visit family in Nebraska and friends elsewhere in Arkansas from October 21st through 26th. His phone will be turned off from Friday, October 21st, through Monday, October 24th. In case of emergency during that time, please contact Dcn. Tim Sampolesi or Lisa Casali.
The month of October is dedicated to the Most Holy Rosary. During the month of October the rosary will be recited before both weekend Masses beginning at 4:30PM on Saturdays as well as 8:30AM on Sundays. Come and join us as we pray the Glorious Mysteries of the Most Holy Rosary. There are free Rosaries in the cry-room.
Carnival returns this year to our parish on Halloween, Monday, October 31st, from 5:30 until 8 p.m. Come enjoy homemade cinnamon rolls, games, prizes, bingo and more. There will be two cash raffles this year; one for $1000 at $10/ticket, and another for $4,000 at $40/ticket. For more information or to purchase the raffle tickets, please contact the parish office.
Our Catholic Young Adult group meets again for a potluck on Sunday, October 9th, at 5 pm in the parish hall. Last month, there were 23 participants. All Catholics who are beginning their professional lives are invited to attend.
