Holy Child of Jesus Church – Dumas issued the following announcement on June 26.
Steve and Sara Hartness have been leading the Angel Tree Project for the parish for many years. Through the project our parish provides Christmas gifts for children of incarcerated parents. Sara will work with whomever steps up to take on this ministry. The Knights of Columbus have participated in the process. If you are interested in this ministry, please contact Sara or the parish office. “It has been one of our great Christmas joys over the years. I really hope our church can keep doing this moving forward, it does matter to the children.” - Sara Hartness
