Of the 120 people living in Haynes town in 2020, 45.8 percent (55) were women and 54.2 percent (65) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Lowe Delta News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 28. In the 65 and over age range, there were 18 females and seven males.
