Of the 10,487 people living in Helena-West Helena city in 2020, 51.1 percent (5,355) were women and 48.9 percent (5,132) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Lowe Delta News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 174. In the 65 and over age range, there were 1,170 females and 679 males.
