35-40 hours per week; flexible schedule; pay with benefits

Responsible for supporting an active campus ministry at University of Central Arkansas, Hendrix College, Central Baptist College and University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton; position offers competitive pay with health insurance and retirement benefits; must have strong Catholic faith, bachelor's degree in education, theology, pastoral ministry or related field, experience working with young adults, strong communications and computer skills and be flexible to travel and working non-traditional hours
