Holy Child of Jesus Church – Dumas issued the following announcement on Feb. 27.
Ash Wednesday Mass and Imposition of Ashes will at 6:30P on March 2. Also at St. Mary’s in McGehee at 4:30P Your support of the Ash Wednesday collection on March 2 will directly fund priests, nuns and others in ministry in our diocese to serve parishes and communities that by themselves would be unable to cover their costs. 100% of collection is used to support missionary work that reaches out and serve Catholics in Arkansas. Please be as generous as you can when you give so that the great gift of our faith can be nourished among our Catholic brothers and sisters in all parts of our state.
