Holy Child of Jesus Church - Dumas issued the following announcement on Oct. 31.
The Stand focuses efforts on raising up new families to open their homes for foster care. Right now, in Southeast Arkansas, there are 94 children in foster care, and only 30 open homes to care for them. We believe there are families in your church who may be called to this mission.
