Simmons First National Bank issued the following announcement on Oct. 23.
We’re excited to announce that upon completion of an agreement with the War Memorial Stadium Commission and the Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism, the field at the 1948 War Memorial Stadium will be renamed Simmons Bank Field.
We’re grateful to be part of War Memorial Stadium’s next chapter and look forward to positively impacting both our Little Rock community and the veterans this stadium honors.
