Arkansas City issued the following announcement on Oct. 8.
Just a reminder as we head deeper into autumn: Residents can drop off branches, leaves and other tree debris at the F Street Limb Disposal and Compost Site.
Burn pit hours are from:
• 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
• 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays
The burn pit is closed on Fridays and Sundays.
Also, Citywide Pickup Week will be Oct. 11-15. Look for more details in your water bill and upcoming news releases!
