Stuttgart Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Aug. 30.
Leadership Arkansas County, sponsored by Farmers & Merchants Bank, will kick off in September. Leadership Arkansas County Class II participants will grow in awareness and understanding of the challenges and issues facing our community. They will develop valuable contacts and communication networks within the community. And most importantly, Leadership Arkansas County builds confidence and motivation to become involved in our community.
