Holy Child of Jesus Church – Dumas issued the following announcement on Aug. 15.
The Knights of Columbus is sponsoring a School Supplies Drive for Drew Central and Monticello teachers. The "big box" (that is also used for the annual Coat Drive) will be in the foyer. Parishioners can contribute in the months of August and September by placing items in the box. The supplies will be given directly to teachers rather than students, to be distributed as they see the need. Items needed include: elementary school lined paper (loose leaf and notebooks); copy paper; crayons; pencils; Kleenex tissues; glue; colored construction paper.
