Drew County ranked 11th in Arkansas for resident earnings in 2019

Drew County ranked 11th among counties in Arkansas by annual earnings per resident, according to data obtained from the U.S. Census Bureau.

The median income of Drew County residents was $24,236 per year, adjusted for inflation. It had 7,157 households with a population of 18,417.

The county with the highest median resident income in the state was Benton County with $33,141 per year after adjusting for inflation – $8,905 more than Drew County. It had 97,249 households with a population of 265,759.

The county with the lowest median resident income in the state was St. Francis County with $19,988 per year after adjusting for inflation – $4,248 less than Drew County. It had 9,388 households with a population of 25,900.
