Arkansas County – AR issued the following announcement on May 12.
Information, including the video of the presentation delivered here at the AAC, regarding the law enforcement salary stipend is now available on the CLEST website. CLEST is still working to finalize the webform on the ACADIS portal where agencies will submit the required forms. They anticipate a completion date in early June. Please note that agencies should not submit any forms or information to CLEST until July 1, 2022. The proposed emergency rules will be presented to the legislature next week. Final rules will be posted to the website as soon as CLEST receives legislative approval.
