HOLY CHILD OF JESUS CHURCH – DUMAS: Clergy Welfare Fund
0Comments

Holy Child of Jesus Church – Dumas issued the following announcement on Dec. 19.

The collection at all masses on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day will be for the Clergy Welfare Fund. The fund provides retirement and health care benefits to retired and infirm priests around our diocese. They spend their adult lives as humble servants, doing God’s work and serving us until age or infirmity calls them to retirement. Contributions to the Welfare Fund make retirement possible. Share with them the generosity that they have shared with us. (Please note: ANY envelope and ALL cash given on Dec 24 & 25 will go to the Diocese Clergy Welfare Fund. If you wish for your contribution to remain at St. Mark, do not place it in the collection on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. Put it in the collection on Sunday, December 26th .)
