As part of our commitment to providing comprehensive and accurate news coverage on local governmental affairs, Lowe Delta News has submitted a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. The request seeks detailed information concerning Chinese National students currently enrolled at the university.

The specific records requested include:

3. Details about any scholarships provided by grantors affiliated with the Chinese Scholarship Council that may not be covered in the previous request.
