Good Day Crossett! We’ve had several calls about Halloween and when it will be celebrated this year. By City Ordnance, Halloween is celebrated on October 31st unless it falls on a Sunday. If it falls on Sunday the ordinance allows it to be moved to another day. Since Halloween falls on a Monday this year, it will be celebrated on that day, October 31. Please help us spread the word.
