The Arkansas-Pine Bluff Lady Lions softball team secured back-to-back wins over Mississippi Valley State on April 8. Strong offensive performances propelled them to victories of 9-1 and 11-2 at home.

Arkansas-Pine Bluff won against Alabama State with a score of 26-1 in Montgomery. The Golden Lions recorded strong performances both offensively and defensively to split their weekend baseball series.

These former Lower Delta area high school standouts will be active on Tuesday, April 7.

During the week beginning Monday, April 6, these former Lower Delta area high school athletes will be in action.

Arkansas-Pine Bluff broke an eleven-year losing streak against Central Arkansas with a commanding win on April 2. Strong performances both offensively and defensively propelled them to victory at home. The team now prepares for its upcoming conference series.

The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff softball team defeated Grambling after scoring five runs in the seventh inning. Kaydrian Fields pitched a complete game while Lyric Perry led offensively with three RBIs.
