Arkansas County – AR issued the following announcement on Mar. 12.

This act increases the funding provided by the Administrative Office of the Courts to Juvenile court probation officers. Since 1989 the state has reimburse counties for half or up to $15,000 of the juvenile probation officers salary. Senator Irvin’s bill increased the $15,000 to $20,000. This is an increase of over $1.1 million state wide. #ARcounties
